Lights, Camera, Fraternity

Members of Lodge of Unity 567 recently joined brethren from across the Province at the Masonic Rooms in Rugby for a major Warwickshire Freemasons social media photoshoot and filming project.

The event was organised to create a fresh library of promotional material showcasing the welcoming and modern side of Freemasonry throughout Warwickshire. Throughout the day, participants were interviewed by James Dalton, while a professional cameraman captured video footage for a series of upcoming productions.

Still photography was expertly handled by Provincial photographer Simon Grove, with additional drone footage filmed inside the Lodge room, providing a unique perspective of the impressive surroundings and the activities taking place.

Among those taking part were the head of Freemasonry in Warwickshire, Philip Hall, together with Assistant Deputy Provincial Grand Master Matt Perkins. Their involvement reflected the importance of the project and the Province’s commitment to engaging with both members and the wider community through modern media platforms.

Over the coming months, the footage gathered during the day will be used to create a range of promotional videos, interviews, and social media shorts designed to highlight the friendships, charitable work, and opportunities available within Freemasonry in Warwickshire.
